I received an email this morning with the first round of concepts for our official LOGO!!!! And I would love to hear your feedback before I email back to let the team know what direction I want to move in!!! Feel free to just tell me which is your favorite OR (and this is the option I hope you take), give me your thoughts on each. I'd love to know what works for you and what doesn't! I want to make sure this logo really speaks for this community well!

**Consideration** means reviewing manuscripts and deciding which book we want to publish. At the end of this phase, we offer an author a book deal.

**Editorial** has several phases, which occur on a parallel track with early cover designs.

**Design** includes the cover process and interior layout, as well as format decisions like paper stocks and special treatments.

**Printing** means the final files are at the printer and we’re reviewing color proofs and early off copies hot off the press.
